Sorry!  I am not so good at keeping up with my blog here....It's been raining non-stop here and it's been the best time to work on cards.  Here are a few that I have made in the last little while!

Ok, been working on this now for about an hour trying to upload a few pictures onto my blog, but it's giving me a really hard time...please bear with me.  I hope to figure this out soon!!!! LOL!!

Hi!

I am Melaina and I have never blogged before so be patient with me and hopefully I can share my card ideas with you!  I have been married for going on 8 years to a great guy named Clayton.  Our dog Cooper is our baby and doesn't care if I spend 3 hours down in my craftroom!  He usually comes and hangs out by the heater when I am working!  Here's a really great picture of Cooper, waiting for us to give the go ahead to chase the ducks.  Yeah, he's a duck dog, his job is to flush out the ducks for the hunters.  We never taught him the pointing thing, he just had that in him!

Most of my ideas come from Split Coast Stampers and other blogs, so in advance I'd like to say Thank you to all the creative people out there!! Plus Kristy Taylor and Stampin' up are some other places I find my creativity from!

I made this card for my friend Lora. Her new baby girl Payge got this for her first party ever! This was from a member on SCS, but I can't remember who it was.

A little about me...I have been cardmaking/scrapbooking since 2000.  I started getting into the cardmaking more once I made all of our wedding invitations and thank you cards in 2005.  Being down in my craft room with all of my glues, paper, ink, stamps, punches and big shot is the most relaxing time for me!  

I love teaching my nieces how to stamp and make cards, and I think they are really excited when I ask them if they want to come and do crafts with me!!
